Sound Master Rhythm 1 is a rare vintage rhythm machine pedal, made in Japan in the late 1970s to early 1980s.

This is a wonderfully strange and brilliant piece of gear. It is a fully analog preset drum machine built into a guitar pedal sized enclosure, clearly designed to be used straight into an amp or a pedalboard style setup. It delivers instant lo fi rhythm box vibes that are great for practicing, songwriting, and recording.

The Rhythm 1 is a tiny analogue preset drum machine with 5 drum sounds and 8 preset rhythms, all packed into a stompbox format.
